WHAT:
Stanford Blood Center (SBC) announces a February prize drawing for tickets to the Golden State Warriors vs. San Antonio Spurs basketball game on March 9, 2024 at Chase Center. All blood donors in February will be entered to win.
WHEN:
Donate blood February 1 – 29, 2024
WHERE:
Stanford Blood Center donation centers in Menlo Park, Mountain View, Campbell and Dublin or any SBC mobile blood drive. Find your nearest donor center or mobile drive HERE.
WHY:
The nation is experiencing a critical blood shortage and approximately every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood. There is an urgent need for all blood types.
NOTE:
Appointments can be made online at sbcdonor.org, via the SBC app, or by calling 888-723-7831 or texting to 999-777.
Donors should be in good health with no cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms. Be sure to eat well prior to donation, drink fluids, and bring a photo ID. Donors must be at least 17 years of age (or 16 with a parent or guardian’s consent). Eligibility information can be found at stanfordbloodcenter.org/eligibility or by calling 888-723-7831.
