Extended hours will support more blood donors in the East Bay.
Stanford Blood Center (SBC) is a community-focused blood donation center dedicated to connecting local donors with local patients. They are now open additional hours at their newest donation center in Dublin, conveniently located at the Fallon Gateway Shopping Center, 3738 Fallon Road.
“With the expansion of our Dublin center's hours, we are excited to welcome more donors from the Tri-Valley region,” says SBC CEO Harpreet Sandhu. “Our community blood center is dedicated to making the donation process as convenient and accessible as possible to ensure that life-saving blood is readily available for local patients.”

At SBC, donors enjoy a personalized visit and often return due to the warmth and friendliness of the staff. As experts in their field, the SBC team is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every donor. The Tri-Valley donor center offers:
- A cozy and comfortable 1,000 square feet of donation space
- Whole blood, platelet, plasma and SuperRed donation appointments available
- Experienced staff who guide donors through every step of the process
- Free parking
- Proximity to shops and restaurants so that donors can combine their trip with other errands
- Easy access from the I-580 and Dublin BART
Many blood donors contribute simply to help those in need, but SBC believes good deeds deserve great rewards. Each month, donors enjoy special incentives as a thank you for their generosity. For instance, those who donate on a Saturday in August will receive two View Reserve Level Tickets to select San Francisco Giants games, plus a collectible MLB-official Giants-Stanford Blood Center T-shirt. In addition, exclusively for our Dublin center donors, everyone who visits on a Tuesday, ongoing, will receive a $20 e-gift card of their choice. Please visit stanfordbloodcenter.org for all current offerings.

Appointments can be made online at stanfordbloodcenter.org, via the SBC app, or by calling 888-723-7831 or texting to 999-777. Walk-ins are always welcome as well. For a full list of the new hours, please SBC's website.
