WHAT:
Stanford Blood Center (SBC) is proud to partner with the Golden State Warriors as we kick off the new year and celebrate National Blood Donor Month. Throughout January, all blood donors will receive a FREE Warriors sweatshirt as a thank-you for their lifesaving generosity and commitment to helping patients in our community.

WHY:
Following the holiday season, there is often a significant dip in donations due to travel, seasonal illnesses, and busy schedules, which can leave blood supplies dangerously low. Please help ensure there is blood available for patients in need by making an appointment today.

Appointments can be made online at stanfordbloodcenter.org, via the SBC app, or by calling 888-723-7831 or texting to 999-777. Walk-ins are always welcome.
Donors should be in good health with no cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms. Be sure to eat well prior to donation, drink fluids, and bring a photo ID. Donors must be at least 17 years of age (or 16 with a parent or guardian’s consent). Eligibility information can be found at stanfordbloodcenter.org/eligibility or by calling 888-723-7831.
